There was more than enough Coke Zero for me during my EWR-NRT flight back in November in Y. Row 43, next to last!

The FA was great enough to remember I was ordering Coke Zero so she put an extra one on the cart for me for the last service :D^, but I didn't want the caffeine since I felt a bit blah so I switched to ginger ale on her. :o

Hey now, I happen to like Coke Zero. During the Chelsea kitchen tour we saw they load one can per drink tray so that adds up to however many trays there are on a flight. Perhaps if none of the coach passengers are drinking it you can bring the cans up to F and vice versa.

I thought I saw a Sappfire bottle sitting on the shelf at the IAH Term E PC at DO time.

Well, the FA said they only had one can in F, and I had no reason not to believe her. Of course she offered to see if they had more in coach but she was in the middle of the meal service so I said to just bring me a Diet Coke.

If this is the case, what is the pricing? I haven't spent much time at the PC bars lately, as I've been on mostly morning flights ex-EWR these days, which = no booze... :mad:

Curious.. who in the air besides WN carries Dr. Pepper? Anyone?

They are the only place I've seen it. But, I also haven't been on a domestic other than WN or ST since college.

I would think AA would carry it because of DFW, but I'd've thought IAH was close enough for CO to have it as well...

As for the premium spirits question, I believe it is $6 ($3 with the PPC). I don't drink, so I don't know for sure.

What is this "soda" and "cola" stuff?

I wish they carried Alaskan Amber like Alaskan Air does or Maui Brewing like Hawaiian Air does. Now THAT would be progress.

Thanks for the feedback, cruisr. As you may know, our food and beverage ordering for our Presidents Clubs is separate from our ordering for onboard catering. That might explain why the onboard and lounge offerings don't synch up in many areas. That's not to say we won't consider adding Coke Zero to our clubs if it proves successful onboard.

Sorry ssullivan, and all you Peppers out there. As you might imagine, there are significant advantages to focusing our onboard soft drink contract with a single supplier, which in our case is Coca-Cola. Through out Coca-Cola contract, we do stock Pibb Extra on board. Even if you're a Pepper purist, you'll secretly agree it's a nice alternative. Enjoy one next time you're onboard. We won't tell.

While I understand and appreciate the benefits of the single source contract, I'd hardly call Pibb a "nice alternative" to DP. Pibb is an alternative like lav water is an alternative. For the time being, I'll stick to Coke Zero and wait until I get to C South for Charlie to make me whatever it is that he makes that can almost make me forget about WN and their drink options.

I don't know when the next round of contract renewal is, but at the very least threads like this should help CO put a little pressure on Coke to relieve prices, after all I'm sure Pepsi would be cool with supplying DP...

In the mean time, you should try DP heated up with some lemon....mmmmmm......

I'd be much more in favor of keeping Coke as the supplier (i.e. Coke Zero, Sprite Zero, etc.) over the equivalent Pepsi offerings.
