And my upgrade IAH-BWI at 12:30 on Sunday cleared at T-24 hours!

F showed full at check-in, but has now dropped to 15/16... here's to hoping that unepucette gets her companion upgrade. Not holding my breath, though.

I keep wondering whether to add the Mystery Tour to my upgrade success rate... ;)

IAH-AUS came through so I am 3/3 on my DO flights. ^

Same flights, I got my IAH-AUS at T-24. Very happy with getting both return flights to clear. :) ^^

My MSP-IAH and IAH-MSP segs (NW) both cleared at about T-22h so I'm now 4/4 for my DO upgrades as the MCI-MSP and MSP-MCI segs both cleared at 5 days.

Now 5/5 on the list for NW1157 MSP-IAH as a Gold (albeit on an award ticket). Sucks to be a silver on that bird.

Sorry to uavking as I took the one of the last remaining NW1157 upgrades on Friday... :D:D I think there were only 2 seats in F left for sale before my upgrade cleared.

IAH-SEA had cleared a while ago
and now SEA-EWR cleared , I checked the PDA site and was not on either upgrade or cleared list so I asked the PC agent to look in to it.
She printed my new boarding pass ^

I felt bad for those of you up there...the real fun was in the back with the executives and the employees... :p :D ;)

cruisr Feb 8, 2009 7:14 pm

missed it by that much....

On 40 today I was 2nd for the upgrade. 25 F seats booked to 24 and wouldn't you know NOBODY in F slept in late and missed their flt. There I sat, refreshing the PDA site and there goes #1 on the WL up to F. Actually the flt was not bad in Y.

It was great meeting you at the DO cruisr...I was rooting for you to get the upgrade...you didn't miss much up front...it was a choice of a cheeseburger or chicken salad...oh wait...there was also the CHEESE broccoli soup :D :p

Mystery Soup!

We had the same menu on 1544 to CLE this morning... the FA said it was CLAM CHOWDER! Imagine my surprise when it was the cheese soup with lumps/bits of mystery solid (vegetable?) in it... Sad thing was that I actually smelled chowder! Odd how powerful the olfactory sense can be, no?

+1 on everything. It was very nice to meet your cruisr. Same choice today iah-sna, the salad and soup were actually very tasty. I was very sad, however, at the lack of cookies on the flight. Apparently iah-sfo is entitled but sna is too short. I was happy to have the EUA though. I loved every minute of the weekend too!!

A lowly silver.... Sitting in the extra leg room exit row 14F on a 733 IAH-MCI, when someone else comes with the same seat assignment. Minutes later I'm on my way to 1F.

Not bad considering I was bottom of the upgrade standby list when I checked earlier in the morning, and that it was a Sunday evening. Thanks CO! Keep 'em coming! (Ha ha, fat chance, I know!)
