Generally slow computer system at CO?
 
Am I insane, or is the system just slower than a dead turtle :confused: Not just on check in, seat selection, reservations, but in crediting miles (5 days??? Are you kidding me???) and it took 2 WEEKS for me to get an e-mail acknowledging that I made Gold status!! Not for me to get my card and package in the mail - to get an E-MAIL!!! That is crazy. It isn't that difficult to write the code to blast e-mail everyone who earned status that day.

OK, rant over. I love CO other than their crappy system. Really, I do. They are the only airline I fly.

I don't recall ever getting emails for Silver or Gold this year.

Anyways yeah, I'm seeing sometimes 3-4 days for mileage credits. Unless I'm hitting a new level, I usually don't sweat it that much.

e-mail.. haa, I never got a welcome to silver e-mail. I am still waiting for my card to come in the mail. Oh yeah 3, 4 and 5 days for miles to post is ridiculous. :(
