I'm doing gratuitous Hyatt stays on January 1 and 2 while I'm in D.C. to earn a FFN for the Olympics and get double stay credits in 2010. Hyatt Fair Lakes was $48 one night prepaid.

Had an interesting discussion at work. I get ~$2,300 to travel this year at minimum (research and presentations). I brought up "state government rate" and "requalifying at Hyatt". My colleagues partially understand - they'll have a better idea when we go to the same events, I use a suite upgrade, and they're in the Comfort Inn and Suites for the same room rate ;)

This hotel is very soundproofed. The only plane I've ever really heard as it flew over was a NW Cargo 742, and it wasn't that loud.
Well avoid Teh Crown Plaza. All heavies, all the time. Somehow the CP figured out how to point the windows towards that runway.:mad::p :D |
