There needs to be a frank discussion with the contractor who did that "repair".

Watch his name be Frank, and reply 'Frankly I don't care what you think' :p

Contractor probably cares about BBB, and definitely cares about civil claims ;)

BBB is almost useless with contractors in my experience and general knowledge of them, civil claims, much more responsive, but going that route needs good documentation.

Most smaller contractors operate on a shoestring, so good luck with the civil claims.

Very nice, I see what they agent did to allow my F class seat yesterday, she broke up the direct flight 'to houston via newark' into two segments to allow me to pick my seat, and it is showing as two real segments now. AGENT WIN!!! (therefore getting some 1200ish more miles + 125% bonus etc)

I would fully expect N.J. require the posting of a licensure bond and excessive annual licensing fees :D

Later, Box. Looks like a night that was about as slow as last night.

Details please, and dont you have to return the Zipcar to the same place you picked up?

I am renting the Prius for $4 per hour to pick my cousin up from his redeye flight. Cheaper than NJT, even with the Tunnel.

And yes, I have to return the car to the same location.

"Direct" flights should always be purchased as separate segments (using multi-city search) so you receive miles for the actual route traveled.

Good Afternoon Box.

Just got out of a four hour meeting with client, whose response to the roll out schedule that I put together was basically - Hey this looks great, appreciate the effort, now here's a list of promises we made to various branch managers and regional VPs, so take a look at that and get back to us with a final schedule tomorrow. Would have been nice if they provided this info BEFORE I spent 9 hours working on this last week.:mad:

they should, but not for the extra they were wanting, I was being a cost first shopper. I got outgoing perfectly, but back, no such luck.

+1. I find the beaches nicer and the people calmer.

As I learned in my sociology class, a lot of people who come down to the west coast of FL, come via I-75 from the midwest. The east coast is populated by people coming in on I-95 from the northeast. That's all that needs to be said about the people... for the most part. :p
