Elite Package
 

OK, I did a search, and the most recent and relevant thread is dated 2001.

I just turned silver, and keep hearing about an "Elite Package". However, there's nothing on co.com, except a few shots of "Elite cards" without explaination.

So, what's in the Elite Package today? When do they mail it? What's it worth?

I thought there was a couple of threads regarding 2006 elite kit - one was discussing about delay of kit (package) delivery, and the other is about arrival of kit.

At least 4 Continental currency coupons are $20 value - this used to be only for Gold and above, but looks like Silver also getting this year.

Regarding delivery timing, I don't know - I'm waiting for my new kit (plat) arrival too, which I qualified on 9/2. Will see.

I have been Silver for years and never got anything except those useless space available upgrades. I just got my Gold card. With my Gold card, I got four complimentary drink (or headset) coupons.

ok, I qualified last week: Am I gonna get a 2005 card, or am I gonna have to wait for Feb. 2007 for a 2007 package?

Then my post was wrong. I guess coupons are still gold and above ?


You won't get 2005 card :D but should get 2006 card soon, then 2007 card around Feb/March 2007.

No, I got 4 drink coupons with my Silver card in March 2006.
Now, the thing is, it may be because my card came from the international mailout office in Germany, not from CO in the US

Instead of drink certificates, CO should provide us with lumbar cushions for when our EUA's don't clear and we're "forced" to fly Y!

Cheap Elite is correct, you should receive your current-year (2006) Elite credentials in the mail within 3 weeks of qualifying. In Feb of the following year (2007), you'll receive your new Elite credentials for that year.

Great, I actually called the Elite Desk this morning and they told me as much. Coupons for drinks or PC passes would be much appreciated as well ;)

I meant 2006 of course, not 2005!

If I may add, gumflyer, it's time you call and request all the past cards you never received!

what about plat?
 

I've been gold for a couple years but in 1 or 2 weeks will be plat for the first time...the drink coupons have been worthless for me since I don't drink (but a nice giveaway to friends/family :cool: )

It must be because you're international. I qualified for Silver in late March and didn't get any, but I got 4 certs when I qualified for Gold a few months ago. I wonder what I'll get when I qualify for Platinum (for the 1st time) tomorrow....... ^

The only times I ever got drink coupons was the first time I qualified for silver, gold and platinum respectively.

After that first time, whenever I requalified and received my new card in Feb there were never any coupons... :(

I've been getting drink coupons every year without a problem.

Same here as Gold.
