CO Website problems today
 
Well I just tried preforming a check-in with the new website
First I was told I had NO reservations.
Then I went in thru "My Acct" page
this time it pulled the reservation up and the page said "Cannot display because the reservation was not paid /ticketed"

I finally got to check in using my OnePass # from the home page
In all it took over 10 min to do a simple check-in.

In addition I recieved 87 miles for a roundtrip that I took 7/13 - 7/17 so my mileage is also not correct.

I know its "new" site but it has a lot of bugs. :td:
Anyone else have any "fun" using the new website today?

Perhaps the title of the website thread should be amended to include a phrase like "Problems with the new CO website," or something along those lines.

i cant get into my onepass account, whenever I try and log in it just returns to the same page.

Still can't choose seats in the elite section (the blue seats).

I think this post can be closed. Clearly, the new CO.com is operating perfectly. If you are having trouble, it must be user error. ;)

This new website is very frustrating. It is taking too long to book seats. First, it was getting hung up on traveler information and now it is getting hung up on seat selection. I am about to give up on the CO and go book my seats on AA.
