In my experience, CO has many, many good people--good customers too.

You aren't being cynical you are being realistic. No, I don't think CO cares if they lose one passenger, especially from BWI where fares are usually low because they are matching up against WN fares. I would think that it would take a significant number of fliers to complain for this mountain to move. My plan was to monitor all non BWI-MSP non-stop travel (which I do on NW) and collect all the invoices and send a note to CO with LK's note and say. This is what I did. This is what you lost. They may not care, but at least I'm trying. If I did nothing, then I would have no reason to complain.
