Since you have to put your onepass number in when you call why change it at all. Let the computer send you to the proper que.

Good point. to add to that, now if they allow you to add a couple of
your phone numbers that you can call from without entering the
Onepass account number, they should use CLI to authenticate you.

Wo wo wo ! Let's not get too hopeful here, adding the intergation do that they could use caller id and ani to indentify us would be nice, but something tells me it would be a bit of a pain - what about house holds with various elites? Now we cant have pesky Silver's being put in the Platinum queue... :D

useful.
but if CO cant get the cards right, i'd dont think they can get the phone lines
in line.

Well, already when you punch in your OnePass info into the system most of the time it does a proper job of passing it along to the agent, adding ANI and CLI intergation would only be taking it one step further - usually an upgrade to the current system - well depending on what they have implemented...

it helps when you are making a <20 minutes connection at IAH and you need to
know the gate before hand.

I just use TripAlert for that, especially since it seems to have started working again recently...

I use that too.. but does not work very well with my non-gsm US phone
when I travel in and out of the country...

My GSM phone is not from US, and CO wont call or SMS an international
number.

My Gold arrived today. Since mine always seems to be the last to arrive, I guess the rest of you got yours but just are not telling. :)

Mine arrive this week on March 6th.

I have mixed opinions on the new style. The SkyTeam Elite/Plus logo and text is smaller than before - would have liked bigger text - since the best use of the card is for international travel.
