Dated info on CO web site on currency conversion
From CO's link Traveling to Houston for the game (on main continental.com page) under Houston info:

Wish I could buy euro's for $1.01 each right now. Can I call the customer care line and tell them they should honor the $ to euro rate since it's posted on the website http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif.
