Tried OLCI for a flight tomorrow and, instead of a boarding pass, the following page came up:

You are checked-in, but we are unable to provide any

Thanks....Bought the ticket a month ago, round trip, and original itinerary. I'll make sure I have on clean underwear for the groping.

Get there extra early as sometimes these checks take longer than you might think.

Forget the clean underwear - eat some beans and gas them!!

I got one of these once and it was a SSSS situation.

Absolutely SSSSSSSSSSS. Call them and try to change your seat assignment on line, and then try to check in again on line.

Mrs. Xyzzy flew EWR-ARN the other day, got this message, and did NOT get SSSS'd.

I received one of these last year...no SSSS, but a hiccup in the OLCI system. A call to the web desk resolved the issue after the ticket was re-synched...they did the check-in for me, then I returned to the site to reprint boarding passes.

Just got off the phone with tech support. I explained the situation and asked if it was a technical problem or if I won the TSA lottery. She chuckled and said it wasn't a technical issue and I sounded like I knew what I was in for. Looks like clean underwear. Thanks all.

I got this for an int'l itinerary before my passport was scanned into the system.

Same here -- only Mrs. Xyzzy had already scanned her passport on a prior international trip. The system even displayed her passport number and asked if that was what she was going to use.


Did you try the "change my seat" trick?

Are you on an international itinerary (without a prior passport scan)? If so, as posted above, that might lessen the likelihood of you already being a Secondary Security Screening Selectee.

It's a domestic jungle jet. I have 12A and don't want to play with seat assignment.
