KLM reward problems
 

Does any one know how come a KLM flight that is available for reward booking through nwa.com is not available through Continental?

NWA.com showed availability, so I called CO and asked to get it. They put a request for it, and it was rejected! It still shows up as available on nwa.com. Interestingly, it does NOT show up on http://usr.v7.com/wpaa/ .
What do I do?

Try calling again.
Maybe with a different agent . . different results.

Did you ask for KLM flight numbers or NW flight numbers?

I had similar results... great availibility on NWA, but nothing for weeks before and after my travel dates on CO. Eventually booked on KLM through NWA.

I am trying to book it using a KLM flight number on a KLM operated flight. Tried several agents, all had same results. They tell me that they see availability in D class (reward business class), but that when they send the request, it keeps coming back unconfirmed. UGGGHHHHH.

Just out of curiosity, did you ask NWA to try to sell the seats? There can sometimes be a difference between what is displayed in availability, and what the airline will confirm. It is my thinking that the availability may show availability in D class, but if you ask the agent to go into Direct Access to KLM and check availability, you may find that the booking class actually shows either 0 or Closed.
