Just a follow up. . .

our OP online statement today indicates Gold for this year and lists mileage and/or segments/points for 2003 are still required. A call to OP confirms we are "flagged" as having met the challenge and are Gold thru 2003, but it doesn't show that online.

OP "Don't worry . . . its all here in our computer!"

I post further if any problems arise.

I received my new Gold card in the mail last week!

I called to inquire about my challenge status, since I flew my final qualifying flight about a month ago.

CO.com showed nothing new, just my 2002 status. The OP agent on the phone went through my itineraries with me and agreed that yes, I should have had my status updated for 2003, but it wasn't.

Turns out the computer got "confused" on one of my roundtrips. The agent had to place a call to some other department, and had to go through my trips with them manually, with each ticket number, to verify that I had fulfilled the terms of the promo.

She said that the computer did update the status, now let's see if I receive the new card in the mail....

Interesting... Just looked at my last one pass statement and I'm confused. I'm gold now from the 3 round-trip challenge. I thought this new status was good till Feb 04? Did this happen to the rest of you?

To clarify - when I said "it's in the computer" I meant that the OP computers have me registered as a Plat for 2003. I have seen no indication of this on the OP website, nor through any mailings.
