miles to points
I know CO miles can be converted to Hilton points, but does any other airline offer a similar conversion of miles to points?

In addition to CO, you can transfer miles from AA, DL, United, and several others. Check out this link for more info:

Besides Hilton, to what hotel program can I directly transfer my Continental miles?
