CO Refund Policy?

I've got a pair of tickets from the Uk to the US in W, which I would have thought was non-refundable, nor changeable as was quite cheap.

However, looking at the CO website, there are least a couple of links where I can process a refund - seems quite straight-forward, and implies to me are refundable. Now, being a bit more Savvy than others who might rush into this, I would read the small print, which mentions something about 'subject to fare rule'. However, what are the fare rules, and where can I find them?

The Fare Rules are Top Secret.

You do, however, have an opportunity to take a peek at 'em, but only before you buy your ticket, but once your credit card has been hit, you gotta call to find out that the answer is no, no, no. Kinda makes you think of the Capitol One ad on TV. ;)

tristan727 is from London, so he may not be familiar with the commercial. (I looked for a link to the commercials, but conldn't find one.)

Anyway, caller calls in to Credit Card company
caller: I want to redeem my credit card mile to go to Florida
Spade: No
caller: I'm in Chicago and want to go somewhere warm
Spade: No

and this goes on for about a minute. Was of the most obnoxious commercials, but, somewhat realistic :)

We have incredibly irritating Capital One ads over here, presumably geared to our market. All of them feature a Monster repeating ad naseum 'What's in your wallet?' - not a Capital One card thank goodness, judging by their rates.

The problem is, and why I resorted to posting - is that I spend 15 minutes last night, without success, trying to get a W fare from UK on the CO website, but I couldn't get one - so I couldn't actually view the fare rules - not that I'd likely understand the jargon anyways.

All I need to know is are they 100% non-refundable & 100% non-changeable? Changeable for a fee would be good.

You may have to call CO and ask. They're almost certainly non-refundable, but probably changeable for a fee.
