Problems with OP Web Site???
For the past week or so, I've been getting the following message when I try to view "Activity Since Your Last Statement"..
"We're sorry, but we are currently unable to display your recent mileage activity." All the other functions seem to be working fine. Is anyone else having this problem??? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/confused.gif |
mauld -- I've had the same problem about a month ago. E-mailed to the OP service center (there is a button for it on the OP site), and within two or three days everything was fixed.

Am I mistaken or does this happen every month (since that feature appeared anyway) right around the time that they get ready to post a new statement?

I'm able to see "recent activity," but it hasn't updated in weeks.
The last flight that it shows for me is on 03/02/2001, even though I've flown eight times since then. Annoying. I never know if I should report the legs missing or if their site is just broken. |
I'm going to have to go with "the website just sucks." After Delta, the onepass site is a huge disappointment.
The best we can do is cross our fingers for a major overhaul in the recently-announced beta site. ------------------ |
I just called the OPSC and they said there are "problems with the server and they are working on it." It's kind of a relief, really. I thought they were auditing me for racking up too many bonus miles thanks to this site. Phew.

I have not had any problems this month but a friend of mine can't see his activity either.
To update this 3/17, I was at this friend's house tonight and he said he still could not get his activity report. I asked him to let *me* try it. I/E would not work, I restarted from Netscape, no problem at all or maybe it is just my "magic touch"? [This message has been edited by CozumelJen (edited 03-17-2001).] |
I used to be able to get activity, but not for the last month or so.

It worked fine for me a few minutes ago and I'm accessing it from Hong Kong.

I tried to access it today again and here's where I stand:
OP posted AUS-IAH-OAK from 3/13. However, it's lacking my OAK-IAH-AUS-IAH-ATL from yesterday and -still- hasn't posted NW legs (TYS-MEM-AUS) or AW legs (AUS-PHX-SJC-PHX-AUS) from last week. Grrrrr. ------------------ daniel baker -- [email protected] |
Mine has been out of commission for a few weeks, and OP responded to my e mail that "they're working on it". Not too fast, I would say.

I'll tell you what is really strange.
I access my wife's account -- no problem. Then I try to do the same for mine -- I get the problem you are having! As you have been flying, I had thought it due to the fact that my wife has flown them recently and I have not, but that can't be it given your problems. It may have something to do with our FF #s, as it can't be due to our server or our e-mail address, as they are the same! |
dbaker, Unlike delta, CO does not update real time. It is not realistic to expect "yesterdays flight" to post already. I wish it would be...but sorry. NW flights also take longer, often a week or more.
