Where do you see that on the page? A quick CTRL + F indicates there's no "hotel" listed on the entire page

Anything you are seeing on that page about hotels is an ad, not part of the service. The only two "service" features noted there are the arrivals showers and the concierge.

Right below the chaffeur drive and then the valet sections, before the concierge section, there is the following section which is not an ad but part of the mani body text...

Overnight Hotel Accommodation
Prior to departure, you also have the option of overnight accommodation at select airport hotels in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London Heathrow or Manchester.

Thanks

That section only shows up on the UK site; that's why I wasn't seeing it before.

No idea how that works.

For the CO lounges in EWR, as *G (including CO Gold) can I get my 7 yo daughter in in addition to my wife (I.e., adult guest)?

If it's ok I will dive in with a question in this thread.
I have an upcoming trip ARN-EWR-IAH-PNS.
First leg is BF, second in F and last in Y (yay ERJ!)

I realize that at EWR I will be an arriving BF customer, but will I also have lounge access in IAH on the same day?
On return trip I'm pretty sure I will have access (well have been in past).

Thanks

I too would like to dive in a question please... So far, I have discussed with FTer, PC rep/red coat, and Elite desk but have received mixed answers. And CO.com is somewhat confusing.

My folks (no status, no PC membership, no AmEx, nutting...) are flying in FC (not BF) from IAH-LAX-HNL. Will they be allowed in LAX PC both directions?

This is from CO.com that is confusing: 'BusinessFirst markets include customers traveling in the front cabin of Continental-operated flights to/from Houston/Newark and the following: Europe, Asia, India, Argentina, Brazil as well as flights between Newark and Lima or Honolulu and Houston/Newark/Guam.'

Front cabin tells me that they are eligible but as well as... is throwing me off.

Any advice or clarification of the write-up will be greatly appreciated.

re HNL flights, they're talking about IAH/EWR, which is a pseudo BF product. The west coast - HNL flights are domestic F, so no access. Sorry.

That is the confusing and head scratching part among PC reps - since it is 'over the water', they say it might be considered BF market, thus front seat cabin.

While it is not BF the rule has been that access is granted, even since the switch to the 73s out of California. Maybe things have changed, but most recent reports were that access was permitted in LAX at the PClub if going to Hawai'i.

Any documentation on this? I want to arm them with something to show LAX PC staff as they know all the rules to present their case in case they come up with, let say, junior staff at the club.

Under the technical rules, no. This is a classic YMMV situation. Some have had success, others turned away. Approach with the expectation that you will be turned away, but don't seem timid about it. And don't use the "DYKWIA" line!

Well, *I* won't be turned away, just my wife or daughter. :D

You're right ;)

The better word would have been "down." Be prepared to have your request turned down

Can I break in with a question too? I am flying LHR-EWR-BOS in August. BF LHR-EWR, then EWR-BOS in F. Will I be able to access the PC at BOS?

Lounges are considered departure lounges for international cabin premium passengers, access only when departing from that airport. So you would have access in EWR but not BOS.
