I think the OP has a valid point. I mean, its not hard to recognize all the ill will felt towards Continental lately (A lot of negative threads).

All one as to do is jump down a notch on the flyertalk board to see all the good thats going on with that little airline from Atlanta! :cool:

Not going to lie but a lot of what you see on forums like this (any airline) are people requesting help/more information or people who had bad experiences. Yes you see some threads complimenting an airline on good service, but the number of threads with people irrate at an airline for poor service far outweigh the former.

Couple that with that fact that no one likes change so people are naturally resistant to many of the changes that "we're supposed to like"


I'm sure the DL/NW boards were filled with similar sentiment a few years ago.

There were, but at the same time, DL has been improving their product and service over the past year or so, and it's being noticed.
