Flex Miles Chase

Is anyone still having trouble getting their Flex miles to post? I achieve quite a few each month and I always have to call Chase as they don't automatically post to my account. It was weird on Sayurday as Chase said they are no longer posting them and Continental was responsible. DOes anyone know what the deal is because this is the SOLE reason I have the card

It's only since the new program in JUne

I have been wondering the same..... when do the flex miles post? I guess I will have to call and see what they say.

Good luck. I started calling this summer to try and run down the flex elite miles. I received the same story...but, I did ask Chase to re-send the miles. After many emails and phone calls..I think we caught up on 2000 of the ones that didn't post. As of today, I'm still missing 1000. Other miles have posted(I think) and so I'll see what happens when my most recent miles come on board. If they are on top of things, I should receive 2000 more with this statement.

It's interesting that my Sept. 9 statement did show flex miles on the page....but not Aug. and not the Oct. 8 statement. So, they are making it hard to really keep track of what is going on. I hope they go back to Chase keeping track very soon.

So far I see about a 2 week delay to posting relative to purchase related RDMs.

But eventually they have gotten the FEQM into my account at the appropriate levels.

My mother will invariably get impatient and ask me why the FEQM have not shown up. Is it fair to say that two weeks after hitting the threshold is when the FEQM will show up? Give or take a little?

I think the FEQMs post on the last day of the month (& not at the same time as the RDMs are credited) -- but maybe that is only for my account!

yes..2 weeks would be great. It took 8-10 weeks to get the June ones to post and that was with many phone calls

I had trouble when the switch happened back in June and I had to call Chase, but my last round automatically posted.

I called Chase last week, and they said that Continental is supposed to post the FEQM (Chase sends the info to CO, CO posts the FEQM) on co.com within 2 weeks of statement closing date (mine posted in 6 days). I don't believe that FEQMs are showing on the Chase cc statement any longer, just on co.com. Only the RDMs show on the cc statement now.

it's taking about 8 days from the time the RDM miles post on mine.

FWIW, I've gotten my FEQM's this year with no problem...I think...I should probably count them and make sure I'm getting the right amount!

My latest round posted before my credit card statement closed.

Took 12 days (unusually long!) for FEQMs to post to my account this period.

All times are GMT -6. The time now is 6:17 am.
