The Amtrak ticket for EWR-Philly(ZFV)-EWR must be sold in conjunction with a Continental airline ticket. Otherwise, you wont earn miles for that segment.

As far as I know, Amtrak codeshare does not earn Elite Qualifying Segment points for CO OnePass.

It looks like you cannot earn UA MP mileage through Amtrak/CO codeshare.
AMtrak is not a UA MP partner:

After trying, but failed (as expected) to get UA miles for the CO-coded, Amtrak-operated segment, I emailed to get CO miles for that segment only. I was denied because the other segments of the itnerary were not credited to CO. I didn't know there is such requirement for the Amtrak segment to be mileage eligible for OnePass. I looked at CO's website again, but didn't see such requirement (it only requires the train segment to be part of a CO codeshare & itinerary at EWR). Can anyone confirm/refute such requirement? I know it's not that many miles (only 250 miles), but it's a matter of principle. TIA.

EWR-PHL cancelled, rebooked on Amtrak. Still get EQMs?

A recent EWR-PHL flight was canceled and I was rebooked on Amtrak. In theory I should get the EQMs from my original itinerary, but the miles for this segment have not appeared.
Anyone have experience with this? How hard will it be to get the miles? To complicate matters, my miles were credited to UA.

This small amount of miles will mean the difference between silver and gold for me for next year!

Contact the OnePass Service Center (info online) and request Original Routing Credit. They can put the miles in your OnePass account, it won't matter as it will be combined with your UA MP account for determining status.

Shouldn't be a problem.
