YES! This does need to be exposed! On my last CO flight, the hot towel was soooo hot, it singed the tips of my fingers! I am convinced this was done to de-sensitize my fingers to temperature, so I would not notice my nuts were cold.

I can't wait until the fact that CO is using biofuels made from kittens is exposed... They apparently had overbought kitten futures during the Lorenzo era.
