I'm not sure that a 680 a/i fare actually exists anymore.

Oct and Nov are great times to visit Tokyo, the weather is a bit cool but not very cold.
Toyoko Inn is a pretty cheap and clean chain, but they don't speak much english.
I would want 4-6 days for the first trip to Tokyo.
