You couldn't sleep too well? You have try to drink the water and it will reduced the body burns. I will try to read on the forums and I will appreciate it for your contributions and good luck for your future.

Well, it DID take some years - probably my age, late 60's - between traveling, operating my own business, lots of scuba diving and community involvement (and generally 8 hours of sleep a night). May we interest you in some time management coursework? :D ;)

5 years later and time for post 25000!

Wow- can't believe it- my simple google search led to soo many hours online, miles flown, and friends made. And for those who don't know yet- come visit us in OME next summer solstice ;)
