Just booked the IC for Saturday night. I will most likely just be there for one night (SAT/SUN).

As there is still lots of time until December, we will see what happens.

I have moved you to the list of the "confirmed attendees". I am holding a reservation in the IC as well.

We have no central hotel, esp. since there are some people in the need of stays and nights at the end of the year. So it up to everybody which hotel to book.

I'm in LHR over that timeframe without too much to do :rolleyes: So, put me down as a "highly likely maybe" while I go find some flights from LHR-FRA :D

I get great corporate rates with Starwood so it will probably be the Westin Grand again. Same rate for the airport Sheraton, which might be not a bad choice considering the brunch takes place there next day.

Is there a Hyatt around except Mainz?

If you get the same rate at the Westin and at the airport Sheraton, why not do one night at the Westin and one at the airport to pick up two stays (assuming you need them)?
