Great folks, the list is updated! Looks like we're already at 70 between the confirmed and maybe list, and I know there's many more to come, so we might even break last year's attendance.

I went ahead and added people's handles to the hotels they're staying at based on this thread in post four. If you'd like me to add your handle to a certain hotel please PM me or post here, and I'll be happy to do so. Of course there's no rush, we have plenty of time!

Okay, (as a longtime hospitality person) I just have to ask: with this number of attendees, why don't we leverage our purchasing power to consolidate our room block into a single (or 2 or 3) properties with better pricing for all? We are all probably paying either business transient or leisure / rack rates (ok some of you might have corporate preferred rates, but w/e). If we can narrow our hotel choices to the ones that give us the best pricing then we all win... all you need is 10 rooms to start negotiating the group rate.

Feedback please...
