Wow! My Secret Santa from up North really went above and beyond the call of duty. I arrived home from a weekend of skiing to find a framed picture of Bobby Orr waiting for me. I have received a single Bruins hockey puck a couple of weeks ago and didn't know what to make of it. Was my Secret Santa cheap? Was he/she playing a joke on me? Now the whole thing has come together! :) ^

I love it. Thanks, Santa.

UPDATE: Santa is in process of sending out private messages again.

Two people have yet to confirm that they ever mailed their gifts... and that is five gifts between them. They also have not logged onto FT since December.

20 gifts have not been received yet; and one was apparently stolen.... I am working on all of these.

Now, when does Santa REALLY get to rest? :D

After he shows us what he ended up getting with his reversed Santa surprise gift? :)

• Bars of Ghirardelli Limited Edition Peppermint Bark
• Homemade coffee/hot chocolate
• Chocolate dipped marshmallows
• Gift cards to Dale and Thomas Popcorn
• Gift cards to Sonic Drive In
• Gift card to Panera's
• A MAJOR gift card to BestBuy (I know how that will be used)

We also received two individual envelopes from BestBuy.com that had two additional gift cards. Finally, there was an email notifying us of an additional gift certificate for The Chart House restaurant... ironically, one of my favorite restaurants!

I think all the Elves were successful in fulfilling Santa's dream

If you mean, what will I do with the BestBuy gift cards... it will be to buy a desktop monitor... 24".... and might get a new wireless keyboard (Lots of cat hair in the current one!!)

I just have to find a time to get to BestBuy... and keep hoping they have a sale on the monitor I want to get.... :)

I didn't realise the protocol was to post here as I know my SS already knows how chuffed I am with my pressie but let's make it public!

My SS got me a fabby cycling helmet light but I have actually been using it more doing DIY around the house!

I just read the post from my SS recipient and it is great to see the gift was well recieved. Just a shame the postage was almost as much as the gift! lol! Maybe Santa can hand deliver it next time.
