I congratulate MSP on 40,000 posts and FT legend status. I thought it would be weekend but it will be tonight or latest tomorrow morning. 39999 at 10.29 Eastern

What does someone have to do to become a legend around here?
 

It's been more than two weeks and my FT "title" hasn't updated. I'm now over by about one and a half percent, so it's unlikely that a moderator will delete some posts and put me back at 39,999.

Please, I'm not an evangelist and I always hated that title.

As a TalkBoard member probably headed to the chairs, can't you appeal to a higher authority?

(The nice thing to moderating with several hats is not having the "Evangelist" title visible, nor the "Legend" one either, though I find it more livable than the Evangelist one.)

Here's a brief explanations about titles. The posting titles are triggered by software unless one is a moderator, ambassador, Company Representative or on Talkboard. There is no way for the software to auto add the posting designation to another title. It has to be done by hand. By me. And that requires letting me know. Voila!

I suspected that this was the case, but I didn't want to seem overly eager about asking. I was also curious whether people would notice......
