Looks like we are going to have another sellout for dhammer's Brooklyn Reality Tour. But there should be some room for Soup and good times at La Bonne Soupe

Just a reminder my F-T Friends that the Soup Do is a nice kickoff to a fun
Flyertalk weekend in the Big Apple. Guess you can say it's become an F-T Tradition as much as the B-R-T!

Hope some of the maybe's can turn into confirms. :)

Not to mention for those that can't get on the tour saturday is the 9th avenue food fest. Good excuse to get out all day after Soup Friday

I saw it last weekend and it was quite good. Shannon Durig who plays tracy now is excellent and was very gracious at the stage door. Put me down as a maybe for dinner.

Going OMNI/off topic for a few moments... Thanks for the review too. I've heard some good things about Shannon. I'm looking forward to seeing Hairspray in a month.

ALthough thinking about the movie for Hairspray coming out this summer? I am frightened at the thought of John Travolta in a dress. Why couldn't they get Harvey Feinstein for the movie? I know he's not a big name but IMHO he's a better comic actor than Mr. John.

dhammer... I totally understand and remember family must come first. :) Hopefully I'll clear the waitlist and see you on the BRT bus ON TIME the following morning (should I clear I'm going to find somewhere to stay in town so I can be early for the bus. ;) )

We'll just have to plan another Soup event or something in YOUR honor sometime this year.

Another bump - this would make a nice complement for those going on the BRT (even if the restaurant is not in the nation of Brooklyn ;) )

There's still room and what I'll do sometime this week is for now book a table of 12 (being the optimist which at this number or more would make it DO under the official/unofficial F-T definition ;0) )

I'll adjust the count as needed but am hoping some other folks can join the party. You don't have to be going on the BRT necessarily to join. We got a FOUR PAWS UP group so far and a few more will enhance it (like a good Opus One.)
