I knew a YVR DO was just a matter of time, given the proximity of the North American DOers. Very intriguing idea ... :)

(Nice pictures of the post-Saturday night gatherings, Luke. cawhite60156, were you touched by the specially dedicated picture? ;) )

You do know you're gonna pay big time for that comment, right, peter11?

Be gentle, CGK. ;)

You mean like I would have to bring the California equivalent of some Authentic Italian Ice Cream? LOL Paging Mr. Paffy, please bail me out here! :D

Actually, for the record, I am much nicer in person. I just get a kick how all of you guys, but especially CGK, manage to turn an ordinary trip into an extra ordinary one. I mean, just flying from point to point is, well, pointless, if you could have an adventure instead! I am just here learning from all of you! ^

CaWhite also gets my vote for someone who can take an ordinary weekend and by flying 20,000 miles (in SQ F I might add) turns it into an outrageous one!

CGK, am I uninvited? Was I ever INvited? I guess I just invited myself, to a Do that is not even officially happening!

Yeah, yeah, show up at one of the DOs (says he who has attended one  DO), and let us be the judge of that statement. (Testimonials from other DO regulars -- especially CGK and cawhite60156 -- will be sufficient to dispel my skepticism.)

Looks like you might just have to wait until Bali to hear any reports since the YVR do seems to be delayed because of mis-connecting passengers. I still would like to crash the KUL or SIN Do's but since they are both (I think) on holiday weekends, it is actually harder for me to get away then.

I am sorry Mr. CGK. I now realize my error. Please review the following:

SBA-LAX-NRT-SIN-SYD-SIN-DPS-SIN-NRT-FRA (On LH So I can use the F terminal)-JFK-SFO-YVR-SFO-SBA

Does this itinerary meet the program rules now? :D

StarG will be in LAX Oct...
mafbar will visit YVR in October as well...
ws8n is just a cross the border.
Klua88 is two hours away.
Peter11 is in similar range.
And jjpb3 can do his mileage run.
MAN Flyer has promised to visit Ms M, and she has been waiting for meting him. ;)
And all the SINners can do their PPS run ex-CMB. :D :D :D
And I am sure Kiwi Flyer will be able to swing by very easily.
And I believe there many FTers based in YVR as well...

Hmmm, not a bad idea :)

Very much depends on timing if I can fit it into schedule.
