How was the dinner? Great food and great company? While you guys dined at the Garlic Restaurant, I was dining at the LH First Class Lounge in FRA near the Casino. I had vegetable consomme soup and shrimp salad, and of course the dessert, such as strawberry dipped in chocolate. :D

AFAIK, the Shi Quan Shi Mei is offered in all the flights to HKG, as well as SQ2 HKG-SFO. If you have try Kyo-Kaiseki, then try the new one. I think a sample of the menu is in SQ forum under F menu thread.

Same thing with the quote for "kiss offered" when peter11 had a dry lip in his SQ12 flight, you can find it in SQ forum.

Note: sorry at the moment can not think straight, thus can not find the easiest way to put the link.

Before boarding my SQ flight on National day, all the pax received a gift, which is an SQ gym bag. ^

Yes dinner was good (if a little later than planned ;) ) with great company, followed by drinks at Harry's (no, we didn't go to Boat Quay again, but the one at Esplanade). Unfortunately savage25 and sailaway75 couldn't make it, so it was Alinlondon, flamboyant1, fly4fun and me. Looking forward to the next SIN get-together on the 14th. :)

I've met a lot of FTers, including good-sized groups from the States, the U.K. and Australia plus individuals from many other places. Can these be much worse? :)
