Anyone around AMS airport or downtown AMS - Wednesday July 23?
 

I will be in Schiphol for a couple hours this Tuesday am - July 15, en-route for a few days in Istanbul where I will have fun tipping everyone MILLIONS with the current exchange rate of 1,400,000 Lira to one US$. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/thumbsup.gif http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/thumbsup.gif

And have a few hours more coming back from the Düsseldorf FT weekend, from about 8.30am to 1pm Wednesday July 23, before flying on to IAD. Have plenty of time, so can train it to Centraal for brunch if anyone is around downtown.

Some of the folks at DUS thought that UA used the SQ lounge at AMS?

The advice we got was that the nearest KL lounge was a fair distance away from the gates UA uses?

There is no RCC in AMS, but you should be allowed to use

- Singapore Airlines Lounge (no. 50), Top level E/F-pier

- GlobeGround Executive Lounge (no.20) B/C-pier (AFAIK BMI branded), or no. 42 Top level E/F-pier
