I'll be in Scottsdale...

Tuesday I will finish up work midafternoon so I could do any time, any area - don't mind driving wherever...

Wednesday I'll work until 7 and will be staying in Scottsdale that night (have to be back on site at 7 am)...

Thursday I'll finish up around 7 and move to a hotel close to Sky Harbor... so again, anything that night...

I'm open to suggestions although janaz has mentioned to me several times that the area has great sushi. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

In that case, I have two possible suggestions:

1) If jan_az is in town and available, we could visit her local sushi place over in the nether regions of the westside. From a past FlyerTalk dinner there, it is a pretty good place.

2) We could meet at Casey Moore's Oyster House (as FlyerTalker Centurion suggests above) for their great happy hour. Later, we could move on to Ra Sushi.

Both are located in Downtown Tempe-- my stomping grounds. My favorite restaurant is located here (Trick's-- site of a recent FlyerTalk dinner), as well as some other good places. Tempe is quite proximate to the airport, Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, etc. and home to Arizona State University.
