Maybe next year in Jerusalem at a Flyertalk seder. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

My Rabbi is in Tel Aviv...bragging that he's only attending 1 seder. I know the reason why there is 1 seder in Israel. Do you?

Happy Passover

Dan . OK..I'll try and take a guess: Many years ago outside of Israel they were not sure which nite Passover fell on...Only in Israel it is one nite. Sunset and sunrise time s are reverntly observed in Israel. Elsewhere in the world 2 nites are celebrated. I believe it is due to Israeli time . Not quite sure about this..but moon phases may have played a big part. Now of course I realize sunsets and sunrises are scheduled too.

I know it sounds weird,,but that is what I was told. Please pass the Mogan David http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Happy Passover Everyone
Medical Update

A leading medical group has published data that indicate Seder
participants should NOT partake of both chopped liver and charoses. It
is believed that this combination can lead to Charoses of the Liver.

There is a new product available: whole wheat and bran matzoh,
fortified with Metamucil. The brand name, of course, is "Let My People Go."

Old Jewish men in Miami get a hernia from wearing a chai which is too
heavy. It is called a Chayaitel hernia.

And speaking of circumcisions: An enterprising Rabbi is offering
circumcisions via the Internet. The service is called..... "Emoil."

You matzoh been a beautiful baby, Marysunshine.

Do chametz violators of the Pesach holiday get sent to Leavenworth prison?

Answer to one of the four questions:
People recline at the seder table because, like chametz, it is inappropriate during Pesach to rise to the occasion.

For those of you who did not want to read what I have posted here, you had your opportunity and choice to just Pass Over this post and move on to the next.

Happy Passover, everybody!

Advice Corner
Never wear a Chai backwards.
Otherwise, it reads "Yuch."
