Missydarlin, I note that the Mariners are coming to Yankee Stadium for a whupping in early May.

missydarlin, my beloved goddess, shouldn't this be in Coupon Connection? I have a multually beneficial deal for you, but I don't feel right posting it here. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

0524, you are correct that the Mariners will be at Yankee Stadium on May 3rd, 4th, and 5th. I will be at the game on the 3rd with a group from my school. If you're going, let me know.

I know a certain FT'er who lives near Woodland Park Zoo who will most likely be unstaffed on monday and will have nothing else to do. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif
...oh, and he's not chopped liver!

Bummer to miss out on this. It might be just as well, though, as I'd have to be rooting for the Chicago White Sox! <ducking> http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

White Sox, Yankees, Mariners?

What are you talking about? are these musical bands I have never heard of?

RichG Mar 28, 2002 9:54 am

So far all the replies have too many syllables for haiku.

Wishing the Mariners had

Markbach, alas, though I have a 1/8 share in four Yankee season tickets, I had bad luck in the "draft" and missed out on the entire Mariners-Yankees series. I nabbed opening day, Oldtimers Day, the Giants, Mets, Red Sox and Diamondbacks, though.

missydarlin Mar 28, 2002 12:17 pm

ok chexy you can go...but NO GREEN PANTS!

QuietLion Mar 28, 2002 4:13 pm

Seattle, outdoors.
Not my favorite place in March.
Thank God for the roof.

How I wish I could be at that game . . . I have to wait until Lou & Co. visit the Jake. And really - are there any bad seats at Safeco?

Roses are red,
Violets are blue.
The Mariners suck
And so do I. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif
