DCA Meeting
 

I remember when the new terminal in DCA opened (AFAIK '97?) and going out to see it then. I think when it reopens, we should meet as a group even if we are restricted to the main hall area we can still go to Legal Sea Foods or Friday's.

Anyone want to go? Would like to meet other DC FTers and others as well.

I'm scheduled to fly in on 10/1 and out on 10/3 UA, FAA and NSA willing.

Let me know when it is.

I'll be working in Northern VA from the 19th to the 23rd. If anything is put together for that time period, I'll try to come along.

my office is less than 10 mins from the airport.

Well, great to see the flexibility of us flyers in DC. I have also noticed about 3 dates in October others could join us if it coincided with their trip.
1st- Oct. 1-3
2nd- Weekend of Oct. 12
3rd- Oct. 19-23

The most important factor is when the offical approval is given for opening. I don't expect it will be anytime this month so we will probably meet in October.

At least here is some good news as it does look it will open afterall even though no dates are given:

I have a trip to DC Oct. 22-24 so that would be good timing. Also Oct 10-11.

I live very close to the airport and would love to join the group on any date you decide upon.

I'm game for a visit.
