SK flies AMS-CPH several times each day and as you might know SK is part of *. The only other airline who has direct flights is KL. If you would like to fly OW you have to go through LHR or HEL.

I'll try to make to CPH that day (it's only 30 minutes away http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif)

On the 2nd of July I will hopfully be on SK945 to ORD. Therefor I would prefer something like July 1st or so.

So whats the Official FT hotel in CPH? If I stay for two days I am thinking about the Hilton which is located by the airport.

Not sure if there's an offical hotel yet. I've booked into the Mermaid for the first night (through AA vacations for the bonus miles). The 2nd & 3rd nights I'll be staying in a guest house (which had very good rates).

If you stay near the airport, rather than in central Copenhagen, will it be difficult for you to get around?

I think there are train connections from the airport to downtown Copenhagen so it still would be quite easy to reach downtown CPH.

Maybe I should hop that some Scandic hotels has became Hilton property http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif by the end of June.

As you might know Hilton has another 50K Gold Promo out now and its for that one I am trying to qualify this time.

The airport is the third train stop from Copenhagen Central. It's fast and easy to take the train.

I've just found a reasonable-priced fare on SR/LX to CPH and might decide to take it. Thus, please count me in as "maybe" as well.

I just found out for sure that I will not work this weekend. Is there anything planed for friday? Otherwise I am thinking of taking an early flight on saturday down to MMX and then the train over to CPH and return late on sunday evening.

I love love to join the meeting... unfortunately, this weekend is impossible to me. I have several things already set up for that weekend... and Bon Jovi is in town - they are giving a huge concert at the Olympiastadium on June 30... sorry!
But great to know that there are European FT's as well taking care of some meetings!
