How does American do it?
Can someone tell me how does American Airlines stay in business with a web site that operates as bad as the way it does?
I truly want to know. |
I'm just guessing here, but how about
Revenue exceeds expenditures? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif |
Well, AA DOES have one website that works: Travelocity, powered by EAAsySabre. Maybe they're making up the difference there?

The huge majority do NOT book via the "famed" website! http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif
