2017 FT Santa Paws Exchange
 

In light of the Secret Santa thread, it's time for the 4th annual FT Santa Paws exchange, where FTers' pets sent presents to each other, much like the Secret Santa exchange.

I'll organize it again this year, as I had great fun learning about FTers' furbabies!

If you want to participate, send me a PM with:

1. Your Name
2. Number of pets "participating"
3. Pet name(s) and species
4. Your email address
5. Mailing address for your pet(s)
6. Toys they like,
7. Treats they like and any allergies or restrictions they have with regard to treats
8. Neck measurement (for collars)
9. Any other information you wish to share that is interesting.

"Suggested" value, around $20/pet, not including shipping. I'll send our assignments by November 19, please ship presents by December 15.

I've been watching for this in the pets forum, but haven't seen it. Is it posted over there?

This year it will be just 2 cats here, Twinkle having succumbed to kidney disease in June and Lily finally getting adopted just last weekend. Washington and Hershey love getting new toys & gear.

There was a protest from the aquarium that not including the fish was unfair, but they're not able to handle the wrapping paper. :p

So sorry to hear about Twinkle :( but very happy to hear about Lily.

Fostering is hard work and giving them up is an emotional rollercoaster.

Chai is in for another year and is looking forward to a Santee of any species!

Plus all the shopping...she loves shopping.

Today, Amazon delivered a box addressed to Chai. It has been sniffed and examined and put where the tree is going to go.

Sophia and Jax did their shopping today. Presents will arrive from more than one place, so be patient.

My Winnie and Tigger thank Tugger and Grover and their human for their gifts. They are mad at me though because I told them I want them to open them on Christmas Eve when I normally open my gifts.

Washington and Hershey received a package today. This may prove to be a real problem. Even I can smell the catnip through the box!

Will have to barricade the closet until Christmas Eve. ;)

I was outvoted on saving the box until Christmas. This is Washington going absolutely nuts on a premium catnip mouse. Hershey was playing hockey with a fuzzy ball and moving too fast for a picture.

p.s. does anybody know how to resize pictures since the "upgrade" was inflicted upon FT?
edited to a slightly better but still oversized version of the picture. I hate the FT "upgrade!"

Too cute! Sophia and Jax say welcome and more goodies on the way from another place. They aren't sure their name was on the second order as they hit the place order button before they completed the gift options to say it was from them.

Tigger and Gover received a box yesterday. I was told they had to wait until Christmas to open it though (Ill open it Christmas Eve with my other stuff(.

Marino received a very large box while I was out of town. When I placed it where the tree is going to go, he promptly sat on top. Looking forward to letting him open his packages during Christmas week!

Sophia and Jax got their presents today from Winnie and Tigger, they love Purrfect Play catnip toys! They pounced on the packages and wouldn't give up until I opened the presents. They say thank you Winnie and Tigger.

Empress Cobaka, Generalissimo Geno, and Sgt. Schultz thank blondiemcl and her crew for their gifts. They also would like everyone to know that I'm very mean, in that I wouldn't allow them to have all of the toys and eat all of the treats last night! :)

TJ says THANK YOU!!!! to his Santa Paws pal. Somehow he knew these particular amazon boxes were for him. He loves his gifts :)

A large box just arrived from PetCo and I don't remember ordering from them lately. Should that go under the tree?
(the tree which, live and in its pot, is still in the front yard where it sits between holidays. kinda busy dealing with a 90 yr old split water pipe inside the wall...)
