Boston Snow Do! February 8
 

It's that time! Okay, I'm actually about a month late, but we're close enough. We're currently shooting for Wednesday, February 8. I'm proposing Kinsale as a location due to its proximity to the T, but we're thinking about mixing it up for the Spring Do. Marathon Man has weighed in with a few ideas and I'd love some more.

Details: Kinsale, Boston, 6pm. Right near the Government Center T stop.

We've had an increasing number of first-timers in the past few Dos and I'm hoping that trend will continue, along with former first-timers becoming second-timers.

Please list below in this thread so we can get this do a-rockin'!

I'm a maybe - may come down from Maine, but really depends on what I have going on at work. Im out of the country until the 31st, so who knows what wonderful things await me! :D

If this is a serious question, same reasons as you should go to any Do: nice people who share at least one of your interests and a good time. Then details like schedule and location come into play.

I'm asking because if this is somesort of "dating" party or "interview" then I'm not really interested.

Then phrase it like that instead of asking people to give you a good reason why you should attend! There aren't marketing materials for a Do, after all.

But to answer your question, it's actually a pitch for some kind of inverted triangle business. I dunno, sounds interesting.
