I'm in NRT for a few hours if anyone's around.

Already back in Europe I'd like to say thank you for organizing another traditional Singapore Do :)

It was great seeing old friends from other Dos and making new friends at this Do.

Made it to IAH by BR via TPE. Woohoo! Great to see everyone!

Still slowly dragging my way home. Thanks for providing the chance to catch up with old friends and add a few new ones to the list!

Until the next one, safe travels and unlimited upgrades! ;)

Very pleased to see the longest running international Do continuing. Kudos to all organizers and participants. You all rock. I am going to see what I can do about returning to the scene of the crime.

SinDo 1 was in 2002.

BRT started in 2001.

For flyers headed from offshore to the USA (an international destination), that would make BRT the longest running international Do. :o

Link below.

N.B. We're SIN bound this fall, and will use the restaurants listed in the wiki as a current guide. ^

I would debate that BRT is merely old. It is hard to describe such a venerable event in simple terms. I would say with the number of spin-off tours that have been done privately and semi-privately, the BRT is possibly the most well known and prolific Do full stop. :)

As for international, no this is a US centric board by any measure. Although the US is an international destination for someone in Europe etc., this board is and always has been US centric. As such the DO's outside the US are the international ones due to their location outside of the US. And SIN Do is still the longest running international one.

Not sure I can make it next year -- may be on a NZ cruise :) but if not, will see what I can do!

Greetings from the Caribbean. Looking forward to hearing the details.
