I promise 2 things for next year's dinner.

1) larger venue
2) clear instructions on how to confirm & pre-pay
3) I said 2 but will also try to make the venue BYOB again^

2 of the folk who goofed up somehow the registration, paid but didn't get name/whatever/got refunded/something like that (sorry, I lost track of how all that worked) were on the blue line with me yest aft. They ended up walking by the restaurant you were at & ate at a Hungarian restaurant not far past it. They said they'd pay closer attention to all the registration details next time to make sure they're confirmed properly.
