See you all tomorrow, looking forward!!

How do I find everyone tomorrow? Is there a reservation under someones name? I'll have a Yellow FT tag on my day-bag. I will be walking from south station bus terminal as its about same time as taking the T

I have the same question CDKing and I'll also be walking from South Station.

So yea, how do I find the Boston DO table?

Marathon Man Oct 21, 2012 6:36 pm

Unless something changes or comes up, I do believe it's like this:

Say you are at Government Center T station... across the street is a large building with businesses and bars (and the parking garage many of us may use for this gig) and the Kinsale Bar. Next to the bar on its right is a large archway like area that has steps going up. It's pretty big of an area and well lit and enclosed. The last time I was at this DO last year, we had tables outside in this area. While it was outside it was nice and certainly spacious.

I found a pic of what appears to be a front view of the building so imagine what I am talking about is to the right and round the corner from this view:

Mike, etc, if I have this wrong, I will take it down, but I think this may be a good way to let people know??

See ya there.

I personally will be in town around 4 or so.

I am a man, and I have run a marathon. So you will know it's me because, well, um... I'll try and remember to bring an orange and black backpack with a yellow FT tag on it if I can find that.

Greetings from 12 time zones away! So sad that I'll be missing the get-together this time, but I'll be having a drink with you in spirit! It's really neat that we're starting to get some momentum with our Boston DOs! I'd love to see us get to the point were we're meeting a few times a year to 1) reconnect with each other and 2) introduce and meet new folks who either live in the area or just happen to be passing by. ^

(Though I must admit...I don't get the pickle thing, but I'm certainly intrigued!)

lol well we will miss ya but there will be others.

There's a place in CT that sells these AWESOME deli pickles and one bloke said he'd bring me a bucket of them right from there on the way up to Boston, as I live too far away to get there often enough.
