I will, alas, be unable to make it since I have a conference call that will eat up all the time. Damn West Coast.
|
Never said yes because this looked to be crazy and is turning out that way.
Enjoy darts. |
I'll miss this one, too. Got in 3 hours late (1:30 AM + the drive home) last night, full day today, and commitment tonite.
|
If I can get out of work in time, I'll stop by for a beverage and maybe even some darts.
Cheers - |
If it is not raining, I'll try and stop by. $10 for a burger and beer sounds good to me.
|
Count me in!
|
I'm here, sitting at the bar torwards the back.

It was nice to finally meet some of my neighbors. I will have to make sure I make the next one

It's time to plan another event. How does Wednesday, June 15 look for everyone? It's NoVA's turn again. Rosslyn-Ballston corridor? Pentagon City/Crystal City? Braddock Road/King Street? Preferences? Surely there are some Metro-accessible spots we've not tried that are worth a visit.

No one else has spoken, so I guess UNHBuzzard gets the last word: Crystal City/Pentagon City it will be. At Pentagon City (Pentagon Row), options include Sine (an Irish Pub), Lebanese Taverna, and Ristorante Murali. In Crystal City, there are Bailey's Pub & Grill, King Street Blues (BBQ/Southern comfort food), and San Antonio Bar & Gill (we've been here before, but it's been quite a while).
I'd suggest meeting around 6:30pm for drinks, with dinner around 7:00pm, which hopefully will give our more far-flung regulars plenty of time to arrive. Pick a spot, most votes by 10:00pm Tuesday wins (1 vote per handle). |
Meat and three special at King St looks good!

Lebanese Taverna would be my first choice, followed by San Antonio.
|
Alright, so far we have 1 vote for King Street Blues and 1 vote for Lebanese Taverna. Anyone else want to weigh in?
