Interested==would be my first DO. Unclear if elderly parent has plans to be in Hong Kong end of October (extended family wedding plans...), if so, I'll be in Asia via HK! Have only spent about a day in Shanghai before and would love to see more of it. November tends to be a good time to travel for me, but am not able to confirm this early.

We have stuck our neck out and will be arriving in Biejing on 27 October, joining a tour group going to Xi’an, Guilin, Chongqing, cruise Yangtze river to Yichang, then fly to Shanghai arriving evening of 6 November. See some sights in Shanghai and then say goodby to the group and be ready to rock and roll as early as Wednesday 9 Nov.

Are you serious? I would love to visit Tibet, but isn't November too cold for it already? We can ask Spaceman about his tour to Xian to see the terracotta warriors at the DO... On my to-do list as well.
