Looking forward to seeing friends old and new. I am really looking forward to catching up with Dovster for the first time. There are quite a few people who I have met previously, some just last week in Darwin.

And I'm glad there'll be more Australians in PRG! That's you, serfty, and all the adl73xes.
Prague and me are no stranger, but it'll be good to go there again but this time with the company of many. Not to put a crimp in things but can anyone comment on the Sightseeing Tour on the Saturday? When I was last in Prague I did a walking tour which was pretty fun and easy going. The tour goes for a couple of hours and starts in the Old Town Square. Best of all, it's informative but not too heavy, and it's free (well, technically you pay whatever you want to the guide). Info is here: http://www.newpraguetours.com/ Once again, I don't want to crimp things, cause friction or stir the pot - just curious. (What a curse to have been to a place before! :() |

Mrs adl73x has just asked to see the schedule of events, to make sure she doesn't miss anything that would have been on her list, had she made one.... |
servus updated post #1 a few days ago I believe.
Cheers. |
Yes, I did update the post and I just added another venue for the Saturday night dinner. Hope most of you like, my schedule and are not too uncomfortable spending a few bucks for your own tour guide.

[jealous]Having been to Praha twice, I would say this is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Enjoy the "Do"....[/jealous]

Anyone else flying Delta from the States? Was originally on an award ticket on UA but too crazy of a routing for not earning miles. Found a decent fare on DL at the last minute. Arriving into PRG from ATL, Friday morning on DL62 at 9:20 am. Staying at the Sheraton.

Otherwise, I'd imagine at the restaurant at 7pm. FTers have been known to head to the bar of a restaurant if they arrive a few minutes early. But looking at the lounge map on the restaurant, there are multiple ones . Also, hopefully servus will post if dinner ressies are under 'servus' or 'flyertalk' so if people are coming straight from the airport they know who/what party to ask for w/ the hostess. Re: folk arriving earlier than Fri aft (or Friday itself), I'd say just post in the thread & see if other folk are around & pick a place to meet. Cheers. |
