Re Udar Hazy tour on Sunday:
We don't need a large group, but we do need a few definites to make this happen on Sunday. I want to give the museum folks numbers, etc. 30 days before.
I will find out the earliest time we can start this on Sunday and post back here.
On Sun. I can give a ride for up to 3 (4 in a pinch) persons to and from a metro station TBD on the west or north side of DC if you are flying out of DCA (or even BWI - there is an express bus to there from the Greenbelt metro station.) Obviously, I could also give you a ride directly to IAD from U-H if you need it.

I just realized I never officially added myself to the list. You can count me as a definite for Udvar Hazy on Sunday. I'm a local with a car so i can help out with rides. :)

Add me to the list as this seems to be a very cool DO that is close to home. Even if I do JFK-LAX-DCA to get there :D

NO for Hillwood (only because I go to LIU-C.W. Post and I see Majorie's old mansion here in Long Island EVERYDAY!) Not a local but yes to car. Hertz at DCA has a great reputation so I should be able to secure a very nice ride for all to enjoy.


EDIT: I'm taking advantage of the MEX fare sale. I'll be doing JFK-MEX-SJO on May 3rd and SJO-MEX-CUN-IAD on May 7th so I can make it to the DO!

I am local (in Baltimore) and hope to make some of the events; I never make it down to DC... I would most likely take the train to DC, but I can drive if needed.

If there is space, the Hillwood museum sounds amazing. I have already been to all of the Smithsonian museums.

I just found this! how come I wasn't told??? Anyways, I cannot attend. It's mother's day weekend. Mandatory trip to Puerto Rico.

I thought I had said I was interested in all the happs, although I think I'm just listed for Friday night? Of course I could have having a blonde moment ;) :D
