Unable to redeem points
Hello,
as the choice customer service has been rather unresponsive so far (besides the auto-reply "Thanks for getting in touch) maybe one of you can point me in the proper direction: When trying to redeem points for gift cards, etc. I cannot seem to get to the point where I could actually pick the gift card on Choice's website but always get "Sorry, something went wrong, please go back an try again". Any hints (except using the points for stays) would be apprciated. Regards |
Hmm..sadly, no reply from Choice yet. Seems they are not too keen to let me use the points...

Hi and thank you for the reply.
In the meantime, I did manage to call someone from your customer service and was told that - due to me being based in Germany - there was no other way to spend points then booking reward nights. Should this not be the case (I would be open to redeem for example for amazon.com vouchers if .de is not available) please let me know. Regards |
