Border control in China
So my wife (Chinese passport holder), our two children and myself (British passport holders) are heading over to Beijing shortly.
When we come into the UK through border control, rather than go through the foreign nationals queue, my wife can come with us through the UK nationals queue, so we clear immigration as a family.
I was wondering does this work in reverse? i.e. for my two children and myself, can we join my wife through the China nationals queue and clear immigration as a family? or do we need to split up so that my children and I go through the foreigners queue for immigration and my wife goes through the Chinese nationals for immigration.
Thanks

You can just ask when you get there.
There's attendants at the entrance of each section.
What I do know, is that either section can do either: oftentimes (in the past), they'd usher foreigners over to the Chinese Narionals section when the two sections were disproportionately occupied.
