Language Translator App for Iphone?
Is there any English - Chinese - English Translator app for iphone which works offline ?
Do not mind paying a little bit, but i am not able to get my hands on a good app .. Any help will be appreciated, thanks |
If by "translator" you mean looking up words then I can recommend KTdict. Pleco also seems to get good reviews but I haven't used it personally.
If on the other hand you're looking for an app that translates phrases and sentences then sorry I'm not aware of one yet. |

Moreover, I can understand a bit of chinese, very little if I may add. Just want more precautions than anything else. |

BTW, even when the recent internet crackdown was in full force, I could usually access most google apps on my phone (Unicom) sans VPN... that having been said, I couldn't imagine spending time in China without a VPN these days unless your internet life revolves around taobao, qq, and Chinese news sites (to be fair, MS and Yahoo sites always seem to be in good favor too). |
