Although, of course, we will never know because the TSA would never admit it, if part of the intention of the "enhanced" pat down is to force travelers into being virtually strip search, that too qualifies as sexual assault.

Then, can you please expain to me why the want went off when they rubbed it on my breast? I was not wearing a bra or any jewelry. I was wearing a tshirt with no embellishments. I have no nipple rings. I have not had breast augmentations. The only surgical implants I have is a lapband and according to the manufacturer, the only metal is a "small amount" of titanium in the port. The port is located more than a foot below my breast, under my bellybutton and to the right.

And, since I am regularly secondaried, I know for a fact that the wand only alarms if they touch me with it.

Could be your magnetic or electric personality :)

Don't know what the range of the wand is but it could be that the titanium in the port is sufficient to set off the wand. Do you have a letter from your MD for your medical device?
